Tennyson Homes{{, LLC — confirm entity designation}} ("Tennyson Homes," "we," "us," or "our") operates tennysonhomes.com (the "Site") and provides custom home design, construction, and remodeling services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We collect information in three ways:

1.1 Information You Provide

You provide information directly when you submit a contact form, request a project consultation, or inquire about our services; engage Tennyson Homes for design, construction, or remodeling work; or communicate with us by email, phone, text message, or other channels.

Typical information collected: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, project address, project type and scope, budget range, timeline, and any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect: IP address and approximate geographic location; browser type, device type, and operating system; pages visited, time spent, and referring URL; and cookie and tracking-pixel data (see Section 5).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

GoHighLevel (our CRM platform) — form submissions, calendar bookings, call and message records.

Stripe (our payment processor) — transaction data for deposits and service fees.

Google (Analytics, Business Profile, Ads if applicable) — usage analytics, ad performance, and inbound search/maps activity.

Integrity Marketing (our marketing partner) — when leads or inquiries are coordinated between Tennyson Homes and Integrity Marketing.

Bedrock Branding (our CRM partner) — system administration of the GoHighLevel platform on our behalf.

Architects, designers, and trade partners — when they refer prospective projects to us with the prospect's awareness.


Section 2

How We Use Information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries and provide project information; schedule and conduct project consultations; prepare proposals, agreements, and project documents; process payments and send invoices; deliver design, construction, and remodeling services; communicate about active projects (timelines, change orders, updates, completion); send transactional emails and text messages (booking confirmations, intake materials, project updates); send occasional marketing communications only with your consent; improve the Site and our services; and comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.


Section 3

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with the following:

3.1 Service Providers

Vendors who help us operate the business under contractual confidentiality obligations: GoHighLevel (CRM, email, scheduling, payments routing, SMS messaging); Stripe (payment processing); Google Workspace (email and document storage); Google Analytics (site analytics); and Mailgun (outbound email delivery infrastructure, operated through GoHighLevel).

3.2 Partner Agencies

Integrity Marketing — when your inquiry was sourced through or coordinated with Integrity Marketing's web, search, or advertising services.

Bedrock Branding — administers the GoHighLevel platform that powers our intake, scheduling, and communications.

3.3 Project Collaborators

When you engage Tennyson Homes for a project, we may share necessary information with architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, inspectors, and permitting authorities involved in the project. We share only what is needed to deliver the work.

3.4 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

3.5 Business Transfers

If Tennyson Homes is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


Section 4

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messaging, Tennyson Homes may send project-related transactional messages (appointment reminders, schedule updates, change order notifications) and occasional service-related messages.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (206) 429-7188.

We do not share your mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.


Section 5

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information (subject to legal and contractual retention requirements); opt out of marketing communications (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to opt out of SMS); and request a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, email info@tennysonhomes.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Washington State residents have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and other applicable Washington privacy laws, including rights regarding sensitive data.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU/UK residents: If you access the Site from the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


Section 6

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

Essential cookies — required for the Site to function (session management, security).

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics to understand site usage.

Marketing cookies — Google Ads and similar to deliver and measure advertising, if applicable to your visit.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will impair Site functionality. We honor "Do Not Track" browser signals where technically feasible.


Section 7

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver requested services; maintain accurate business records (typically 7 years for financial records under Washington law); honor warranty obligations on completed construction projects; and comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.


Section 8

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) on the Site; access controls within our internal systems and CRM; and vendor agreements requiring our service providers to maintain industry-standard security.

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users of any data breach in accordance with applicable law.


Section 9

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media platforms, project partners, industry organizations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on the Site; email notification to active clients and newsletter subscribers; and an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
